EZY-TURN™ POLAR Gate Valve Sealant is a grey/black lubricant
designed for oilfield use under arctic conditions. EZY-TURN POLAR is
not affected by hydrogen sulfide encountered in sour crude and gas.
It is also resistant to carbon dioxide. Pumpable with a high pressure
lubricator to -59°C (-75°F).
EZY-TURN POLAR is resistant to hydrocarbons at low temperatures
and will not absorb or mix with water, preventing freeze-up at low
temperatures. Contains 100% synthetic base oils which are
chemically resistant to severe acid conditions. Graphite is
incorporated as a solid boundary lubricant to prevent galling of valve
gates and seats. Normal valve operation requires less torque than
with other products.
EZY-TURN POLAR is designed for oilfield gate valve lubrication under
arctic conditions. It is resistant to hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide,
carbon dioxide and water. Remains an effective sealant and lubricant
to -59°C (-75°F).
