The workpiece carriers in six sizes allow a rated load of up to 16.8 kg and can be e with RFID. The individual belt section can be e with the selected="selected" assemblies according to the customer's wishes, and delivered pre-assembled.
The extraction of workpiece carriers is performed bylateral transport or 90° deflection. One or more workpiece carriers can be stopped, singulated or delayed by means of a shock-absorbing pneumatic separating unit, which can be used both as stopper and pre-stopper. The orientation of workpiece carriers can be changed by means of in-line lifting/turning unit. All components can be easily moved into any position thanks to the dovetail joint.
To execute operations on workpiece carriers, the belt conveyor incorporates a positioning unit with 1000N pressure and a placing unit for up to 60kN vertical loads.
