产品概述
JY-822消泡剂是以矿物油，聚醚，表面活性剂等为主体的分散油基型消泡剂。主要用于消除生产各种水性涂料、油墨过程中的泡沫。具有用量少、消泡快、抑泡时间长的优点，不造成涂层（鱼眼）缺陷。还可以用于水性油墨、水稀释性树脂、水性环氧树脂、造纸涂布工艺等产品生产过程中消泡。

使用方法
可以原产品直接加入涂料中也可以加到研磨料中，使用时请调匀加入。用量一般为被加体系的0.1%-0.3%或具体根据现场酌情增减。
包装、贮存、运输
在密闭容器中贮藏，在温度40℃以下，储存期为一年。25公斤、50公斤、170公斤塑桶包装，本产品放置过久可能会有分层，使用前请轻轻搅动，不影响效果。
注：根据不同的起泡体系，调节使用量，推荐使用范围在千分之几到万分之几之间。使用时直接加入产品中，但在使用前必须做小试。使用时不得带入其它物品，另注意保存，如有异样，慎重考虑或咨询厂家。
