AS4736&AS5810&ASTM E1676检测和认证
Dear Mr Huang and thanks for your enquiry,
To become a major supplier of bioplastic raw materials and products made from bioplastic raw materials in Australasia, it is becoming very important to comply with Australian Standards ASand AS. These standards are similar to the widely known European EN 13432 standard, but have an additional re of a worm toxicity test: “ASTM E1676 Standard guide for conducting laboratory soil toxicity or bioaccumulation tests with the Lumbricid Earthworm Eisenia fetida and the Enchytraeid Potworm Enchytraeus albidus.” This can be done by any DIN CERTCO approved testing laboratory. A list of approved testing laboratories can be obtained by going to www.dincertco.de and clicking on “Testing Partner” and “List of DIN CERTCO approved testing laboratories”. In addition, if your products are to be printed it will be necessary to obtain ink toxicity testing results from a DIN CERTCO approved testing laboratory and provide ink coverage. If your products comply with both EN 13432 and ASTM E1676 you will be able to apply for AS and AS certifications and I have attached Certification Application Forms. I have also attached a schematic of the Certification Process.
Kind regards,
Robin Tuckerman
