蓄电池均衡充电有技巧目前许多UPS电源中使用的阀控式铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)从一开始便被称为免维护电池，这样就给用户一种误解，似乎这种电池既耐用又完全不需要维护。在这种误导之下，许多用户从装上电池后就基本没有进行过维护和管理。UPS电源中的蓄电池遇到下列情况时，应对蓄电池进行均衡充电：过量放电致使端电压低于蓄电池规定的标定电压时。对12V的小型密封式铅酸蓄电池，其放电标定电压为10.5V;对24V的蓄电池组，其放电终了电压为21V;对96V 的蓄电池组，其放电标定电压为85V。放电后未及时对电池进行充电;长期闲置不用的电池。市电中断，连续浮充的电池，放出近一半容量的电池。

不要使用柴油发电机UPS 不宜由柴油发电机供电，因其频率经常突变不稳，影响UPS 的正常运行。

注意操作人员安全操作在给UPS连接输出电源时还应该注意安全，由于UPS的输出电压和电流都比较大，所以在连接输出电源时还要注意安全防止触电事故的发生。

　　更换电池时先关闭UPS电源并脱离市电，使用带绝缘手柄的螺丝刀，不要将工具或其它金属物品放在电池上。连接电池线时，在接头处出现细小火花属正常现象，不会对人身安全及UPS电源造成危害，千万不要将蓄电池正负极短接或反接。更换蓄电池时，不宜个别更换，好整体更换。另外禁止将不同安培数、不同品牌的电池组合使用。
