2.拍卖师(需要有三年九场的拍卖记录)；

3.注册地址要求为商品房(不允许住宅地址)，需提供房产证、租赁合同、租赁发票复印件；

4.对于后期，拍卖公司需要先注册营业执照，然后办理普通拍卖资质。文物拍卖公司注册要求；

二.文物拍卖公司注册要求

1、文物拍卖公司注册资本要求在1000万元以上(实收、验资报告)；

2.在普通拍卖公司的基础上，需要增加5名文博专家；

3.文物拍卖资格。
