正压送风压力传感器工作原理：正常情况下正压送风机通过风管往风井中加压送风（绿色箭头方向），加压后的风再分别通过每层的百叶窗或风阀送往每层的前室或楼梯间。当消防前室或楼梯间的通风压力或压差超过设定值（前室25~30Pa，前室压力传感器，楼梯间40-50Pa）时，前室压力传感器生产厂，位于每层的压力传感器顺即时发出信号报警输入旁通泄压阀控制箱，旁通泄压阀控制箱根据压力传感器的信号打开旁通泄压阀，旁通泄压阀打开后，部分加压送风机送往风管的风通过旁路风管经过旁通泄压阀回到风机前端（红色箭头位置），从而减少送往前室及楼梯间的风压，降低前室及楼梯间的风压值。当前室或楼梯的风压值降低到设定值时，旁通泄压阀自动关闭，从而实现前室及楼梯间压力自动控制，确保疏散通道烟雾不会倒灌进入前室及楼梯间，保证人群疏散的安全。
