正压送风压力传感器工作原理：正常情况下正压送风机通过风管往风井中加压送风（绿色箭头方向），消防电梯前室压力传感器，加压后的风再分别通过每层的百叶窗或风阀送往每层的前室或楼梯间。当消防前室或楼梯间的通风压力或压差超过设定值（前室25~30Pa，楼梯间40-50Pa）时，位于每层的压力传感器顺即时发出信号报警输入旁通泄压阀控制箱，旁通泄压阀控制箱根据压力传感器的信号打开旁通泄压阀，旁通泄压阀打开后，部分加压送风机送往风管的风通过旁路风管经过旁通泄压阀回到风机前端（红色箭头位置），从而减少送往前室及楼梯间的风压，降低前室及楼梯间的风压值。当前室或楼梯的风压值降低到设定值时，旁通泄压阀自动关闭，从而实现前室及楼梯间压力自动控制，确保疏散通道烟雾不会倒灌进入前室及楼梯间，保证人群疏散的安全。火灾发生时，人员走向是：室内→走廊→前室→楼梯间。当量较大时，电梯前室和楼梯间的防火门会出现同时开启的情况，这时要求正压送风的流向是：楼梯间→前室→走廊，这样才能起到防烟的效果。正压送风机压力传感器在生产过程中有着广泛的应用，其主要原因是压力传感器能直观地显示出各个工序环节的压力变化，洞察产品或介质流程中的条件形成，监视生产运行过程中的安全动向，并通过自动连锁或传感装置，构筑了一道迅速可靠的安全保障，为防范事故、保障人身和财产安全发挥了重要作用，被称作安全的“眼睛”。
