无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金的研制
摘要：针对无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金性能要求，拟定共混改性体系中原辅材料的配比，经DSC分析及力学性能检测，详细分析了各添加组分对合金热力学性能及机械性能的影响。研究发现：PC：ABS=70：30 (质量比)为基体配比，阻燃剂TPP为10.5%，增容剂MBS为5% ，防滴落剂PTFE 为0.3%时，PC/ABS合金的综合性能优良，可满足电子电气领域的应用要求。

Abstract: halogen-free flameretardant PC/ABS alloy performance re, development of blending modification system, the ratio of the Central Plains and auxiliary materials by DSC analysis and mechanical property testing, a detailed analysisof each added component of the alloy thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of the impact.
