INDOMET PENTA Diffusion Pump

Our product, INDOMET PENTA, is our further development of the well-known diffusion pump oils Dow Corning™ DC 705.  With our 30 years of experience as experts in vacuum technology, coupled with our know-how in the chemistry of phenyl-methyl-polysiloxanes (PMPS), we have been able to continuously develop our silicone oil, so that we can offer to you the highest diffusion pump oil available.

INDOMET PENTA has been specially developed for use in diffusion pumps.  Our oil is suitable for all types of diffusion pumps.  It is designed for a very wide vacuum pressure range.  The vapor pressure and backflow are so low that the use of cold traps is not required for most vacuum applications.  Ultra-high vacuum up to the 10E-11 mbar range can be achieved with cold traps, without cold traps up to the 10E-10 mbar range.

INDOMET PENTA is REACH registered and GHS and OSHA compliant.  For the REACH registration our oil has been extensively tested by leading laboratories.  Excellent physical and chemical properties have been certified and no environmental or health risks have been identified.
