恒基中心坐落于北京市中心之黄金地段—建国门内大街18号。面对北京国际饭店，南朝北京火车站，东邻为中粮广场及海关大楼，西向北京市邮政大楼，位于商业中心区。地铁车站与大楼地库二层相连接。大楼四周有公共汽车站及出租汽车站，交通方便，四通八达。北京恒基中心坐落于北京市中心建国门内大街18号，曾被评为20世纪90年代“北京建筑”之一。面对北京国际饭店，南朝北京火车站，东邻中粮广场及海关大楼，西向北京市邮政大楼，位于商业中心区。地铁车站与大楼地库二层相连接。用地由港资开发，其设计指导思想是建成多功能的、高效益的、有丰富多彩的城市公共开放空间的，将起到"城市起居室"作用的混合使用中心。由北京市建筑设计研究院与香港关善明建筑师有限公司联合设计的北京恒基中心，注重运用精巧古典建筑处理手法并融合古都风貌理念，在东北角办公楼顶部设置钟楼作为附近地区的标志建筑。钟楼顶的绿铜板及外墙绿色双层保温玻璃的应用，使整幢建筑色调更为和谐，再加上外墙各处精心处理的细部及线条装饰，充分体现出古典风格与时代感的结合。恒基中心的设计在注重基座本身的同时，也很重视环境的设计。绿化、广场、及至广场上的栏杆、庭院灯、座椅等也都让人过目不忘，具有较高的设计质量。

The Hengji Center is located at No. 18 Jianguomen Inner Street, a prime location in the center of Beijing. Facing the Beijing International Hotel, facing the Beijing Railway Station to the south, adjacent to the COFCO Plaza and Customs Building to the east, and facing the Beijing Postal Building to the west, it is located in the commercial center area. The subway station is connected to the second floor of the building's basement. There are bus stops and taxi stops around the building, providing convenient transportation and extending in all directions. The Beijing Hengji Center is located at No. 18 Jianguomen Inner Street in the center of Beijing and was once rated as one of the "Top Ten Buildings in Beijing" in the 1990s. The land is developed by Hong Kong investment, and the design guiding principle is to build a multi-functional, cost-effective, and colorful urban public open space, which will serve as a mixed use center as a "urban living room". The Beijing Hengji Center, jointly designed by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and Research and Hong Kong Guan Shanming Architects Co., Ltd., focuses on using ex classical architecturalues and integrating the concept of ancient capital style. A bell tower is set up on the top of the office building in the northeast corner as a landmark building in the nearby area. The application of green copper plates on the top of the clock tower and green double-layer insulation glass on the outer wall makes the overall color of the building more harmonious. In addition, the meticulously processed details and line decorations on the outer wall fully reflect the combination of classical style and sense of the times. The design of Hengji Center not only emphasizes the foundation itself, but also attaches great importance to the design of the environment.
