荷华明城大厦（万豪中心）写字楼位于北京站东街，长安街南侧，东邻二环路，是东二环商务区的聚焦点，是一座集五星级酒店、写字楼、商业于一体的大型商业综合体，引入万豪酒店先进的物业管理模式及经验进行服务管理，为高端商务企业提供五星级酒店式办公服务模式。北京万豪酒店项目，原名万豪中心，又曾更名为名成国际大厦，当年属于北京市政府1994年赴美招商引资成立的项目，由北京市东城区住宅开发有限公司提供土地、由荷兰籍的华裔为投资者的荷兰欧加华集团（后更名为“香港狮王集团”）投入资金，于1994年12月26日共同设立北京荷华房地产开发有限公司、合作开发建设该项目，公司注册资金1200万USD，该项目土建主体结构工程于2000年1月完成。该项目位于北京市东城区建国门南大街7号，由ABCD四座塔楼组成连为一体的整体建筑，其中，A座B座分别为21层，C座D座分别为17层，总建筑面积13.5万平方米，占地1.14公顷，2013年起现B座C座为酒店区域，共有客房649间。A座D座为写字楼，于2013年投入使用。

The office building of Hehua Mingcheng Building (Marriott Center) is located on the south side of Chang'an Street, Beijing Station East Street, adjacent to the Second Ring Road to the east. It introduces the advanced property management model and experience of Marriott Hotels for service management, providing a five-star hotel style office service model for high-end business enterprises. The Beijing Marriott Hotel project, formerly known as the Marriott Center and later renamed as the Cheng International Building, was a project established by the Beijing Municipal Government in 1994 to attract investment in the United States. The land was provided by Beijing Dongcheng District Residential Development Co., Ltd., and the Dutch Chinese investor Holland Oujiahua Group (later renamed as the "Hong Kong Lion King Group") invested funds. On December 26, 1994, Beijing Holland Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was jointly established Collaborating in the development and construction of this project, the company has a registered capital of 12 million USD. The main structural engineering of the civil engineering project was completed in January 2000. The project is located at No. 7 Jianguomen South Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. It consists of four ABCD towers connected as a whole building. Tower A and Tower B have 21 floors respectively, and Tower C and Tower D have 17 floors respectively. The total construction area is 135000 square meters, covering an area of 1.14 hectares. Since 2013, Tower B and Tower C have been a hotel area, with a total of 649 guest rooms. Block A and Block D are office buildings that were put into use in 2013.
