铜牛电影产业园位于朝阳区朝阳路85号院，项目是原北京铜牛京纺物资有限公司库房，占地30亩，总建筑面积约为2.5万平米。作为老国企淘汰落后产能，实现产业转型升级的试点项目，园区在上级主管单位批示下，建立以“一站式”服务为原始支点的全产业链电影产业集群，以缔造新的电影产业核心区为己任，打造“项目与金融对接的高端电影产业区”。园区定位为“国内的电影产业园”，始终坚持电影行业优质企业优先入园原则，目前已入驻的几十家企业涵盖了电影产业链上下游各个环节，已具备整部电影策划、投资、制作及发行的能力。园区更注重与企业间的深度合作，充分发挥平台效应联合园区内企业共同发起成立“主旋律电影产业联盟”，旨在传承文化弘扬社会主义核心价值观，为繁荣我国主旋律电影市场贡献微薄之力

The Tongniu Film Industrial Park is located at No. 85 Chaoyang Road, Chaoyang District. The project is a warehouse of the former Beijing Tongniu Jingfang Materials Co., Ltd., covering an area of 30 acres and a total construction area of approximately 25000 square meters. As a pilot project for old state-owned enterprises to eliminate outdated production capacity and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading, the park has established a full industry chain film industry cluster with "one-stop" services as the original fulcrum, with the aim of creating a new core area of the film industry and creating a "high-end film industry zone that connects projects with finance". The park is positioned as the "most professional film industry park in China" and always adheres to the principle of prioritizing the entry of high- enterprises in the film industry. Currently, dozens of enterprises have settled in, covering all aspects of the film industry chain, and have the ability to plan, invest, produce, and distribute the entire film. The park pays more attention to deep cooperation with enterprises, fully leveraging the platform effect and jointly initiating the establishment of the "Theme Film Industry Alliance" with enterprises within the park, aiming to inherit excellent culture, promote socialist core values, and contribute to the prosperity of China's theme film market
