There are four groups: the working group of the construction unit of the computer room; the working group of the e relocation; the working group of the e debugging; the expert group; the specific division of labor is as follows: 1. The General Commander is responsible for implementing the working schedule of each unit according to the schedule of the relocation plan, coordinating the interconnection of the work of each unit, timely finding out the situation, adjusting and coordinating the overall command relocation work.
2. The construction working group of the computer room has put the batteries (12 groups, 256 sections) in place one by one according to the requirements.
3. The e relocation working group is responsible for the safe, intact and complete relocation of e (batteries). After disassembly from the original machine room, the e (batteries) are lightly moved and transported to the new machine room, and the corresponding e (batteries) are placed and connected to the new machine room.
4. The e debugging working group is composed of engineers of the original e maintenance unit. It is responsible for the shutdown of the original UPS, the inspection and debugging of UPS circuit and performance.
5. The expert group observes the whole process of relocation, discovers and corrects some non-standard and unscientific actions in relocation work in time, and is responsible for dealing with emergencies.
