DREAM2049 国际文创产业园由北京金迈泰达投资有限公司于2015年10月承接运营管理，园区位于北京市朝阳区三间房南里4号院，国家文化产业创新试验区核心区的东大门。占地面积530亩、总建筑面积6万平方米，前身为始建于上世纪50年代的北京生物制品研究所。园区位于北京朝阳区京通快速与朝阳路之间、地铁八通线双桥地铁站旁，距离首都国际机场、CBD车程20分钟、交通便利、早晚逆高峰。园区目前已形成以原创内容开发、视频制作、影视拍摄与发行、影视后期制作为主线的传媒产业链条，适合创意设计、创新科技、互联网医疗、互联网金融等高精尖文化创意产业公司入驻，园区树林繁茂、生态环境优越、是适合文创企业的都市森林大院。

DREAM2049 International Cultural and Creative Industrial Park was operated and managed by Beijing Jinmaiteda Investment Co., Ltd. in October 2015. The park is located at No. 4 Courtyard, Sanjianfang Nanli, Chaoyang District, Beijing, at the east gate of the core area of the National Cultural Industry Innovation Pilot Zone.
