荧光棒，外形多为条状，外层以聚乙烯（塑料）包装，内置一玻璃管夹层，夹层内外液体分别为过氧化物和酯类化合物，经弯折、击打、揉搓等使玻璃破裂，引起两种化合物反应致使荧光染料发光。

荧光棒要出口欧盟需要厂家提供荧光棒的MSDS认证。由于化学品运输基本都需要提供MSDS报告，MSDS报告基本都是针对化学品的。

MSDS实际上是一份全面的技术性说明书，侧重于危害提示和安全操作指引，主要包含如下16项内容：

荧光棒msds报告主要用途是什么：

对于特定货物出口订舱时，承运人（船公司）会要求提供MSDS，清关时可能也需要提供，国外客户可能也会要求提供。
