三星大厦260米超高层建筑，地上共57层，为世界500强三星品牌中国总部所在，意在为世界500强和未来的世界500强企业打造国际化总部写字楼。位于北京CBD核心区Z2b地块，置身国际化商圈及平台。紧邻北京CBD中央公园，坐拥中央商务区内景观资源，都市中的绿色商务办公环境。该项目是三星集团旗下三星生命保险公司和三星物产公司投资的，由世源科技工程、三友综合建筑士事务所(韩)、SMDP(美)等三家公司参与设计，中建1局建设发展有限公司则负责施工。

The Samsung Building is a 260 meter super high-rise building with a total of 57 floors above ground. It is the head of the Fortune Global 500 Samsung brand in China and aims to create an international head office building for Fortune Global 500 and future Fortune Global 500 enterprises. Located on the Z2b plot in the core area of Beijing CBD, it is situated in an international commercial district and platform. Adjacent to Beijing CBD Central Park, it boasts the scenic resources of the Central Business District and a green business office environment in the city. The project is invested by Samsung Life Insurance Company and Samsung C&T Corporation Company under Samsung, and designed by Shiyuan Technology Engineering, Sanyou Integrated Architects (Korea), SMDP (America), and constructed by China Construction First Bureau Construction Development Co., Ltd.
