生产工艺：

稳定氧化锆生产工艺采用二次电熔法，先将锆英砂与还原剂混合，在电弧炉中进行脱硅反应，吹球后冷却得到单斜氧化锆，再将单斜氧化锆与稳定剂按比例混合后加入电弧炉中进入二次电熔，出锆后得到稳定氧化锆。

The productionprocess of stabilized zirconia adopts the secondary electrofusionmethod. Firstly, the zircon sand and reducing agent are mixed,desilicating reaction is carried out in the electric arc furnace,and monoclinic zirconia is obtained after ball blowing and cooling.Then, monoclinic zirconia and stabilizer are mixed in proportionand added into the electric arc furnace to finish the secondaryelectrofusion. At last, the stabilized zirconia is obtained.

用途：主要用作耐火材料和特种陶瓷材料。
