Vydyne R533H01 is 33%glass-fiber reinforced, hydrolysis-resistant, heat-stabilized PA66resin. Available in black, it is specifically designed to maximizethe retention of physical properties

when exposed to anti-freezesolutions at elevated temperatures. This product is lubricated forimproved machine feed and flow.

Glass-reinforced Vydyneresins provide higher heat distortion temperature, resistance tocreep and better dimensional stability when compared withunreinforced PA66. These products

have good chemical resistance toa broad range of chemicals including gasoline, hydraulic fluids andmost solvents.

Vydyne R533H01 resin isheat-stabilized to minimize oxidative degradation of the polymerwhen exposed to elevated temperatures in service. This productprovides improved retention of

physical properties under exposureto long-term heat. Also, Vydyne R533H01 resin has excellentknit-line strength and fatigue resistance, which is essential forcycle testing with anti-freeze

solutions.

Vydyne R533H01 resin has beenused for many under-the-hood automotive applications, motorhousings for power tools and garden appliances. This resin has alsobeen used in

miscellaneous brackets, gears and clips that re rigidity and strength.
