中国国际纺织面料及辅料博览会创办于1995年。自创办以来，一直秉持性及贸易性的原则，为企业、为行业、为市场服务，得到了参展商、参观者以及行业人士的。初每年秋季在上海举办，之后扩大到每年3月和9月在上海、11月在深圳分别举办intertextile系列面辅料展。 每年3月在上海举办的中国国际纺织面料及辅料（春夏）博览会，近几年规模大达182000㎡，约30个国家和地区的近4000家参展企业。作为全球规模大的面辅料展会， intertextile面料展蓬勃发展的20多年见证了中国纺织服装行业的高速发展。
自2015年起，intertextile中国国际纺织面料及辅料（春夏）博览会携手yarnexpo中国国际纺织纱线（春夏）展览会、CHIC中国国际服装服饰博览会（春季）、PH Value中国国际针织（春夏）博览会等产业链上下游品牌展会每年3月在上海同期同地举办。作为全球纺织产业链中的展会联合舰队，全方位呈现纺织领域新产品、新技术、新模式、新趋势、新理念，推动行业健康可持续发展，协同共进开启新发展格局。
China International Textile Fabric and Accessories Expo was founded in 1995. Since 2015, intertextile China International Textile Fabrics and Accessories (Spring and Summer) Expo, together with yarnexpo China International Textile Yarns (Spring and Summer) Exhibition, CHIC China International Garment Expo (Spring), PH Value China International Knitting (Spring and Summer) Expo and other upstream and downstream brand exhibitions of the industrial chain, will be held in Shanghai at the same time in March every year.
