The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station is an innovative, safe and effective tool for personnel-clean down and de-dusting operations – particularly useful in industrial environments.

Compressed air has the potential to be extremely dangerous, so companies should always try and minimize their use, particularly for cleaning and dedusting operations.  In summary, the Cleaning Station’s performance is:

Safer. The Cleaning Station produces high volume, low-pressure air (2.3PSIG/63In.Swg) which poses no threat to personal safety and is OSHA compliant.
Lower noise emissions. With levels below 78dB(A) the Cleaning Station is typically than most compressed air nozzle arrangements.
Cost-effective. Blower powered air produced by the Cleaning Station typically costs less than 10% of the e compressed air generation.

The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station is compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) when used in conjunction with the OSHA compliant chip guard which is available to customers.
