STEEL-IT 2213 Epoxy Ester Precoat环氧涂层

By changing the chemistry of the precoat from an alkyd to a single-component epoxy ester, the STEEL-IT 2213 Epoxy Ester Precoat offers improved durability as an enhanced replacement for the discontinued STEEL-IT 2203 Alkyd Precoat. It is specifically designed to be used together with the STEEL-IT Polyurethane System, including the STEEL-IT 1002 Steel Gray Polyurethane Topcoat or the STEEL-IT 1012 Black Polyurethane Topcoat. While direct weldability is compromised when using the precoat with the Polyurethane Topcoat, for applications where welding on the cured coating is a priority, it is recommended to exclude the precoat and instead apply two coats of the Polyurethane Topcoat directly onto properly prepared and profiled bare metal surfaces.
