1、 Is the metal detector calibrated every two hours? Any record?

       金属探测器是否每两个小时校准一次?是否有记录?

2、 Are all stuffed products **** checked by metal detector before being packed in carton?

      是否所有的填充类玩具在装箱前****经过金属探测?

3、If it does not apply to use metal detector on finish product, such as the product with sound box, is metal detector checking used at the lasted 

     possible work position?   Is X-ray machine used for such kind of products?

    假如类似于带音箱的产品不适用于用金属探测仪,金属探测仪是否用于最后一个可能的工作岗位?这种类型的产品是否会使用X光机?

                                                    Needle Control 针的控制

1、 Are the needles different from needles that worker can buy from outside market? If non-conformance with above re; does vendor add      some marking on needles for identification?

     车间使用的针是否与从外面市场上买回来的针不同?假如针与市场上的针一致,工厂是否有加任何标记以便识别?

2、 Are all needles of inventory lock properly in workshop? Is o

nly assigned person having the key?

    未使用的针是否适当地锁在车间?是否只有指定的人才有钥匙?

3 Are needles only issued by assigned person? Are all needle returned after every shift? 

   是否只有指定的人才可以发出针?是否每个班次后针都有收回?

4、Is one worker only allowed to have one needle in work position?

    是否在工作岗位上每个员工只允许使用一根针?

5、Are all broken parts of the needle need to return to assigned person for exchange? Is there a book to clearly keep all broken parts?

     是否所有破损的针需要退回到指定的人那里去更换?

6、If all broken parts have not been found, does the product in this workstation need to be checked by metal detector? What is the further

  action if the lost parts can not be found by metal detector? 

   是否所有破损的部分都被找回,此工作位的产品是否经过金属探测仪探测?假如破损的部分没有被探测出,有什么进一步的行动?

7、Is there a log book on site to provide a clear traceability of needle? Is it including the of “in”, “out”, “Balance” and “broken needle”

    of every shift?

    现场是否有关于针的追溯记录供查阅?是否包括每个批次的发出,收回,剩余 和断针的数量?

8、Does the assigned person carry out an inventory check after each shift to make sure no needle is lost? Does other person, such as QC or supervisor,

    also perform routine check on it? How often?

   管理员是否每个班次都有去检查库存去确认没有针丢失?其它例如QC或主管是否有例行检查库存?多行时间一次?

9、Is the whole day production on hold and re-checked with metal detector if any needle lost? Any record? 

    假如有针丢失,是否一整天的产品都待定并且 重新通知金属探测仪去重新检测产品?是否有任何记录?

10、Does the needle inventory match with the log book?

      库存针的数量与记录本一致?

11、Does the of the broken needle in log book match the in the book that use to keep all broken parts of the needle?

是否收发记录本里断针的数量与断针记录本是吻合的?
