二、基本配置
Basic Assembling Unit
1. 两台齿片式粉碎机，可破碎未处理桨，半处理浆和处理浆，进给量在触摸屏上设定。加装隔音房。
Two teeth-like crusher can take treated or untreated pulp. The amount of wood pulp designed on the touch-screen. E with soundproof room.
2. 工字型模轮。
工type mould wheel.
3. 木桨进给量在触摸屏上设定．
The amount of the wood pulp designed on the touch-screen.
4. 高分子与木浆混合，进给量在触摸屏上设定。
SPA mixed together with wood pulp, the amount can be designed on the touch-screen.
5. 棉芯压花，花型通用为网格，可以按客户花型定制。
Cotton core with embossment, generally the embossment pattern are net type,also it can be designed as the customer's request.
6. 加衬导流无纺布装置。
Add lead-flow N.W fabric unit.
7. 棉芯用切刀切断。
Use the cutting knife cut the cotton core.
8. 弹性腰围装置，弹性腰围长度腰帖长度触摸屏上设定。
Elastic waistline unit, the length can be designed by touch-screen.
9. 立体护围制作装置.热压方式.
Protection-leakage unit. Heat-press type.
10. 左右腰贴施加装置,电子凸轮控制.腰贴长度触摸屏上设定.
Side sticker are added on the machine, electric protrusive wheel control. The length of the side sticker can be designed on the touch-screen.
11. 前腰帖装置电子凸轮控制。可以在线刮（喷）胶。前腰帖长度腰帖长度触摸屏上设定。
