Fan Filter Unit is a terminal purifying e powered itself and combined with Fan and HEPA filter or ULPA filter .The FAN inhales air from the top of FFU,the air flows through HEPA filter,filtered clean air flows out from the whole air outlet side.
Fan Filter Unit can be installed side or above of the cleanroom, also can be fixed on the ceiling.
