The operation process of no power type automatic lifting frame is very simple, first moving to the upper part of the pallet after the lifting frame slinged up by crane , making the sling down slowly, then placing the guide plate down to pallet side.Moving the sling down to make two groups of guide plate on to the side of the pallet and pallet side close contact ,thus orientation are finished.Continue to drop lifting frame down, a rotary lock will be accurately inserted inside the pallet lifting hook. The sling will be in a relaxed state with no stress,after lifting frame inserted accurately into six lifting hooks.Operating the traveling crane to make the rings on the top of the lifting frame drop down a height, in order to make the ratchet device (within lifting frame )flip, driving the six rotary locks rotate 90 degrees.After confirming the ratchet has flipped and locked pallet, the lifting frame can be carried by cranes.Pallets are handled in the right place ,only once again, make the ring on the top of the lifting frame pull down a certain height after lifting frame had been descended to its place , making the ratchet device flip again, driving the six rotary locks rotate 90 degrees, thus can separate the lifting frame from pallet.
