R0S-2D防偏开关可固定在输送机纵梁的顶部或底部，动作臂距皮带边缘大约25到75mm。通常安装在皮带两侧距头部或尾部滚筒0.3到2米的地方。
皮带跑偏后，迫使动作臂偏离，触动DPDT报警微动开关。如果继续偏停到停机触点，触动另一组触点，输送机就会保护性停机。

Thermo Fisher Scientific offers a variety of components for monitoring conveyors and other bulk material handling e, including the Ramsey Pro-Line Safety Cable Pull Switch. These devices monitor operating processes for potentially hazardous conditions and activate an alarm when they occur. This helps to keep your personnel safe, your e from being damaged, your time from being wasted, and your profits from becoming losses.
For Emergency or Normal Shut-Off
A safety pull cable is attached to the actuating arm of the Ramsey Safety Cable Pull Switch and terminated at fixed mounts at either end of a conveyor. Force applied to the pull cable at any position causes the actuating arm to move into a tripped-locked position and activates an alarm from one DPDT or two SPDT micro-switches, alerting e circuits of the stop condition. This will stay locked until manually reset by the reset lever.
