Cast iron ground rail laying technical requirements
Firstly: cast iron ground rail fixed method ,in on both sides of the inside of the orbit, spacing (about mm) as required with the M8 bolts or nail fixation.Orbital floor and must closely focus on the ground,in order to prevent the ground rail track bending deformation after loading.
Secondly, ground rail installation:use bridge plate ,combined diagram level.Firstly trying to adjust to rail, then as a benchmark, in order to under initial setting.Then cement grouting, after waiting for cement solidification, fine adjustment inspection.
Thirdly,To the buried depth of the rail shall be cast iron and the ground adornment layer flat or slightly higher than 3-5 mm.
Forthly,After the installation of ground rail,to any 1 m in length,horizontal deviation degree is not greater than 1 mm,length is not greater than 2 mm, track the level of the corresponding point deviation is not greater than 1 mm, per the parallelism between the two track deviation is less than 2 mm.
