HEST-200 型表面、体积电阻率测定仪完全符合并优于国家标准GB/T 1410-2006《固体绝缘材料体积电阻率和表面电阻率试验方法》和美国标准ASTM D257《绝缘材料的直流电阻或电导试验方法》等标准的要求。其准确度优于国家标准要求的几倍甚至10 倍以上(国家标准GB/T1410-2006《固体绝缘材料体积电阻率和表面电阻率试验方法》对精确度的规定为低于1010Ω为±10%, 更高电阻时为±20%。)。本仪器既可测量高电阻，又可测微电流。采用了新型集成电路以及我单位的专利技术。测量精度达到3‰。同时仪器体积小、重量轻、本仪器具有精度高、显示迅速、性好稳定、读数方便等优点。数字液晶直接显示电阻值和电流。量程从0.01×104Ω ～1×1018 Ω，是目前国内测量范围最宽，准确度最高的数显式绝缘材料电阻率测量仪器。电流测量范围为2×10-4 ～1×10-16A。测试电压为10/50/100/250/500/1000V 任意可调。适用于防静电产品如防静电鞋、防静电塑料橡胶制品、计算机房防静电活动地板等电阻值的检验以及绝缘材料和电子电器产品的绝缘电阻测量。
