1 山都平TMTPV热塑性硫化弹性体应用

热塑性弹性体是20世纪50年代出现，用量以10%~20%的年增长速度向上递增。热塑性弹性体具有3大特点:

(1)热塑性弹性体的交联结构是以“物理交联”为主，具有可逆性的特征，当温度上升到某熔融温度时，物理交联小时显示出热塑性塑料的性能，而当冷却到室温时，物理交联恢复，显示出硫化橡胶的性能;

(2)具有热塑性塑料易加工特点，可注塑、吹塑、挤出等成型工艺，工艺操作比普通橡胶简单，生产周期短，生产车间占地面积小，生产效率高;

(3)由于热力学不兼容的原因，热塑性弹性体的形态结构属于多相体系，至少有硬的塑料相和软的橡胶相，各相的性能及它们之间的相互作用决定热塑性弹性体的最终性能。
