蓄电池使用注意事项： 蓄电池销售热线： 在电池使用寿命末期，会出现小容量电池内阻变大，充电器充电时电压很快上升到浮充电压上限值，造成充电器故障停机，大容量电池为亏电状态，充电器会频繁启停，UPS 不能正常工作的现象。需要检查电池及时更换新电池. 另外 UPS 电池放电的电池保护功能也是十分重要的，例如：下限电压值，后备时间等。电池下限电压值可以在电池时，根据电池厂家推荐的最低电压值，例如：1.75V/cell 进行停机保护，以防电池永久不能恢复充电而损坏。
SEC蓄电池性能特点：
◆ 以气相二氧化硅和多种添加剂制成的硅凝胶，其结构为三维多孔网状结构，可将硫酸吸附在凝胶中，同时凝胶中的毛细裂缝为正极析出的氧到达负极建立起通道，从而实现密封反应效率的建立，使电池全密封、无电解液的溢出和酸雾的析出，对环境和设备无污染。
◆ 胶体电池电解质呈凝胶状态，不流动、无泄露，可立式或卧式摆放。
◆ 板栅结构：极耳中位及底角错位式设计，2V系列正极板底部包有塑料保护膜，可提高蓄电池在工作中的可靠性，合金采用铅钙锡铝合金，负极板析氢电位高。正板合金为高锡低钙合金，其组织结构晶粒细小致密，耐腐蚀性能好，电池具有长使用寿命的特点。
◆ 隔板采用进口的胶体电池专用波纹式PVC隔板，其隔板孔率大，电阻低。
◆ 电池槽、盖为ABS材料，并采用环氧树脂封合，确保无泄露。
◆ 极柱采用纯铅材质，耐腐蚀性能好，极柱与电池盖采用压环结构即压环与密封胶圈将电池极柱实现机械密封，再用树脂封合剂粘合，确保了其密封可靠性。
◆ 2V、12V全系列电池均具备滤气防爆片装置，电池外部遇到明火无引爆，并将析出气体进行过滤，使其对环境无污染。
◆ 胶体电池电解质为凝胶电解质，无酸液分层现象，使极板各部反应均匀，增强了大型电池容量及使用寿命的可靠性。
◆ 过量的电解质，胶体注入时为溶胶状态，可充满电池内所有的空间。电池在高温及过充电的情况下，不易出现干涸现象，电池热容量大，散热性好，不易产生热失控现象。
◆ 胶体电池凝胶电解质对正极、负极活物质结晶过程产生有益影响，使电池的深放电循环能力好，抗负极硫酸盐化能力增强，使电池在过放电后恢复能力大幅提高。
◆ 电池使用温度范围广(-30℃～50℃)，自放电极低。

●采用独特的多元合金配方、利用进口鋳片设备和自主研发的板栅模具、通过严格的温度控制,板栅不仅厚度、重量均匀性好、浮充寿命长、自放电低。
●采用进口全自动电脑控制铅粉机,以严格的自动控制程序保证铅粉氧化度、颗粒的均匀性、稳定性,同时更与电池大电流放电特征相适应。
●铅膏是电池技术的核心。独特铅膏配方更好的满足了高功率深循环放电等多种性能需求,适用于浮充等领域,同时全自动的和膏系统及温度控制保证了铅膏的特性及稳定性。
●利用自主研发的技术改造进口涂片机,从而使得极板更均匀更适用于UPS电池极板的要求。
●采用高温高湿固化技术、温湿自动控制技术,通过精确的风向及流量设计,电池不仅在最大限度上保证了极板固化的效果,而且保证了每个点极板的均匀性,电池寿命比常规固化明显提高。
●采用定量加酸工艺,加酸精度达到0.1ml,充分保证了电池各单位之间及电池之间的均匀性。
同时,电解液的独特配方增强了电池的深循环能力。又因为采用进口的环氧胶,端头片及0型图进行组装,使电池更可靠。
●出厂前必须经过的多个充放电循环,使得电池更加均匀、更可靠。同时,100%的内阻,开闭路、密合度检测,进一步保证了出厂电池的品质。
