【锆英砂产品引见】:

     上海顶央锆英砂亦称锆砂、锆英石，是一种以锆的硅酸盐(ZrSiO4)为次要组成的矿物，是优质的耐火资料。经水选、电选、磁选等选矿工艺分选后而失去。锆英砂是制取锆、铪及多种锆制品的次要原料，具备熔点高、热导率低、线收缩系数小等特点，宽泛用于冶金、铸造等行业。

【锆英砂的特点】:

    1、热收缩系数小，功能可与锆英砂媲美，用其配制型砂，铸件不会产生收缩缺点;
    2、砂粒为球形，活动性好，易舂实，且透气性好;

【锆英砂用处】：

     锆英砂极耐低温，其熔点达2750。并耐酸侵蚀。用于铸造工业、陶瓷、玻璃工业以及制作耐火资料。大批的用于铁合金、医药、油漆、制革、磨料、化工及核工业，极大批的用于冶炼金属锆。

    锆英石用于耐火资料（称锆质耐火资料，如锆刚玉砖，锆质耐火纤维），铸造行业铸型用砂（精细铸件型砂），精细搪瓷用具，此外也用于玻璃、金属（海绵锆）以及锆化合物（二氧化锆、氯氧化锆、锆酸钠、氟锆酸钾、硫酸锆等）的消费中。适于隐没模、履膜砂、水玻璃砂、树脂砂、精细铸造及铜、铝件的抛光清算。可制造玻璃窑的锆英石砖，盛钢桶用锆英石砖、捣打料和浇注料；增加到其它资料中可改善其功能，如分解堇青石中增加锆英砂，可拓宽堇青石的烧结范畴，而又不影响其热震稳固性；在高铝砖中增加锆英砂，制作抗剥落高铝砖，热震稳固性大大进步；还可用于提取ZrO2。锆英砂可做铸造用优质原砂，锆英砂粉是铸造用涂料次要成分。

     ZrO2含量65～66%的锆英石砂因其耐熔性(熔点2500℃以上)而间接用作铸造厂铁金属的铸型资料。锆英石砂具备较低的热收缩性、较高的导热性，而且较其余一般耐熔资料有较强的化学稳固性，因而优质锆英石和其余各种粘合剂一同有良好的粘结性而用于铸造业。锆英石砂也用作玻璃窑的砖块，而锆英石砂和锆英石粉与其余耐熔资料混合还有其余用处。
