罕用耐火砖简介
1、高铝砖:Al2O3含量大于75以上,耐火度高于黏土砖,抗酸碱腐蚀性好,适合水泥窑烧成带等处,应用寿命长但价钱高
2、白云石砖:挂窑皮功能好,抗腐蚀性好,但有砖中多少有f-CaO,易水化,难于运输和保管,消费中用的较少
3、镁铬砖:挂窑皮好,多用于烧成带,缺陷是抗热震功能差,加上正六价Cr有剧毒,国内上消费和应用镁铬砖的国度逐步缩小,现用此砖的消费单位尽早找到代替品
4、尖晶石砖:多用于适度带,抗震功能好,抗复原性好,但耐火度略微差点
5、抗剥落砖:此砖中含有大批的ZrO,在升温进程中发作马氏相变构成细裂纹,具备较强抗碱性,抗剥落性和抗渣性较好
6、磷酸盐砖:耐火度低,但强度高热震性好,多用于蓖冷机、窑头罩等应用

铁水包砖简介
