一、净化塔主体：

　　（1）二级喷液段均采用一排Y-1型尼龙喷嘴，保尔环滤料和有机玻璃检视孔。

　　（2）复合玻璃钢贮液箱、加液管，在吸液管上加有滤液装置，进风段采用复合玻璃钢制作。　　
        （3）F4-72型玻璃钢离心通风机。

　　（4）玻璃钢风帽盖。

　　（5）有效挡水段设有旋流板啬挡水的效果。　　
        （6）其它配件如塑料管件阀门、固定支架、检修爬梯和进风管道等，用户可在订货时定制。

　　（7）塑料水泵或不锈钢离心泵。
二、 应用说明

玻璃钢酸雾净化塔有“立式”及“卧式”两种多功能酸雾废气净化塔产品，主要用于玻璃钢为材料的废气净化设备，具有产品设计合理，并采用zui新的高科技填料，阻力损失少，比表面积大，化学反应完善，气液比选用合理，吸收净化效率高，耐腐蚀，耐老化性能好，便于安装维护等特点。产品广泛用于化工、电镀、五金、电器、医药、印染、电讯、钟表等机械加工行业中产生的NOX、SO2、H2SO4、HCl、HF、SIF4、CO2等有毒有害气体的净化；亦可适用于氨、硫化氢、酚光气、甲醛、甲醇、胺类等恶臭物质的除臭处理；过滤面积依处理量而定，中和祛除效果95%；排放口<10PPM 。风机、水泵可根据用户现场灵活设计布局、结构紧凑、维修方便、占地少等特点。
