密朗粉体跨层垂直落料装置

 密朗为提升整线系统的智能化水平，开发出物料跨层投料系统，跨层投料系统由垂直落料管与控制系统两部分组成，垂直落料管主要功能是通过向管内充气和向外排气实现物料缓慢下落，确保物料在落料过程中不分层的装置。上端可连接投料站，下端可连接物料转运桶或其它设备，落料过程做到密闭、安全、无污染。

Vertical Blanking Device

In order to improve the intelligent level of the whole line system, Miran developed a material cross-layer feeding system, which consists of two parts: a vertical blanking tube and a control system. The main function of the vertical blanking tube is to inflate and outward through the tube. Exhaust gas allows the material to fall slowly, ensuring that the material does not stratify during the blanking process.  The upper end can be connected to the feeding station, and the lower end can be connected with the material transfer barrel or other e, and the blanking process can be closed, safe and pollution-free.
