密朗固体制剂前道智能化生产线

 由密朗开发的固体制剂前道智能化生产系统适用于医药化工、食品、新能源生产领域，适用于大宗物料批量化连续生产，减少人员操作，系统集成自动化程度高，可实现原料包装从仓库到工艺生产设备的整线自动化运作，实现从自动扫码、自动化拆外包（脱外桶），自动赋码、内包风淋除尘消毒，在线检重，自动拆内包投料全程无人化操作。最大限度实现智能化生产，提高生产效率，降低人员成本，提高生产智能化生产水平，避免错误的产生。

本系统主要组成设备：助力机械手、输送带、脱桶机（去外袋机）、风淋设备、称量检重设备、自动拆包投料机、筛分机等。可实现整条产线统一集中控制，智能化程度高，有效减少人员参与，减少污染，提高生产效率。
