手锯加工方法

扁钢的锯削：在扁钢锯口处划一周圈线，分别从宽面的两端锯下，两锯缝将要结接时，轻轻敲击使之断裂分离。这样锯削效率高，而且能较好地防止锯齿崩缺。反之若从窄面下锯，非但不经济，而且只有很少的锯齿与工件接触，工件越薄，锯齿越容易被工件的棱边钩住而折断。
