单组份聚氨酯密封胶，是一种建筑防水工程常用的密封材料，一般是以铝箔纸单支包装，然后装箱，一支胶的重量大约是7g，约600ML，每箱装20支。单组份聚氨酯密封胶形态程膏状，施工时用专用胶枪挤出即可，聚氨酯胶有较好的凝固性，打完胶后不易下垂，能够保持住原有形态。

单组份聚氨酯支密封胶是一种湿气固化型密封胶，制作工艺中所使用的原材料决定着它性能的差异，一般是聚酯型低聚物多元醇和聚醚型低聚物多元醇两种。聚酯型低聚物多元醇密封胶的黏性很强，力学性能良好，但是不耐水，遇水或者空气潮湿情况下容易水解。聚醚型低聚物多元醇密封胶粘度稍微要低一些，但是工艺性能良好，结构稳定，耐水性良好，而且具有耐低温性能。。

*后，再讲一下单组份聚氨酯密封胶的施工。首先，在使用前要除去涂胶部位的赃物，以免影响粘结效果。可用鼓风机吹干净或者用水枪冲洗，需注意的是如果用水枪冲洗一定要等水干后在涂胶，尽量不要带水作业，以免影响施工效果。然后就是打胶了，一般我们是使用专用的打胶胶枪，将胶装入胶枪，安好胶嘴即可打胶。这一步应注意需要根据缝隙的大小切胶嘴开口，确保打出胶条的粗细合适。后，打完胶后注意保持干燥，直到密封胶全部硬化为止（约3-5天），此期间避免与水接触。
