（1） 产品外观质量用目测检验。

（2） 产品长度、宽度等尺寸用卷尺检验。

（4） 橡胶止水带每条应附有合格证，合格证应注明：制造厂名、产品名称、产品规格尺寸、产品编号、产品重量、出厂日期、质检员代号。

EP橡胶止水带冷接法一般应用于施工场所存在易燃易爆等物品时，一般采用冷接，冷接就是将两接头胶梗削平，打毛，再涂以薄层胶粘剂，晾干后再涂一层等仅有胶粘性时将两接头放置在预定位置进行胶粘，并进行加压，待30min后即可浇筑混凝土；热接法先清理止水带两接头部位，去除杂质；先把已型号的电加热接头模具预热，再把两接头放在模具中，并在两接头处上下放上未硫化的胶料，加压，加热，待一定时间后接头完成。其冷接或热接强度均大于止水带本体，能满足工程止水需要。
