一. 用途:

磁性分离器是清除液体中可被磁化的固体粒子的理想设备,如用于磨床及其它机床冷却液(切削液或乳化液)的净化。

通过分离器的磁性滚筒把冷却液中的铁屑吸出,使冷却液保持干净,使用磁性分离器可以减少砂轮修正次数,提高加工件表面粗糙度,延长砂轮和冷却液的使用寿命,同时减轻了工人劳动强度,减少了废冷却液对环境污染。

I. Purpose:

   Magnetic separator is ideal e to clear liquid solid particles can be magnetized, such as for grinding machines and other machine coolant (cutting fluid emulsion) purification.

   Magnetic separator drum through the coolant sucked out of iron, so that cooling liquid kept clean, using a magnetic separator can reduce the number of grinding wheel correction, improve the workpiece surface roughness, extend the life of the grinding wheel and coolant, while reducing labor intensity, reducing the waste coolant to environmental pollution.                               

二.结构原理及安装尺寸

磁性分离器由减速器和磁辊两大部分组成。减速器是通过链条带动磁辊转动,磁辊内装有永久强力磁铁,冷却液中的铁屑吸附在磁鼓套表面,压辊将铁屑中的冷却液挤压出去,并流回液箱,铁屑被刮板刮掉后排入污物箱。

II. Structure principle and installation dimensions

   Magnetic separator consists of two parts reducer and magnetic roller. Reducer is driven by rotation of the magnetic roller chain, permanent magnetic roller built with powerful magnets, cooled liquid iron adsorption on the surface of the drum set, the pressure roller will scrap the cooling liquid s out, and back into the tank, after being discharged into the waste tank iron blade scrape.
