产品特性:
UCE-IC特性(一般称为输出特性)的UGE依存性如图1所示。因为该特性表示IGBT在导通状态下集电极-发射极电压(UCE)和集电极电流(IC)的关系,所以形成了在导通状态下IGBT中发生的损耗。然而,虽然UCE越低,产生的损耗就越小,但是由于该特性会随着结温(Tj)和UGE的变化而变化;一般情况下,推荐在UGE=15V时,UPS的最大输出电流在小于和等于元件的标称额定电流值的情况下使用。绿色电源：有新的密封结构、可靠、无漏液、无酸雾弥漫，确保电池运行安全,工作可靠。
