一、用途

适用于FEP(聚全氟乙丙烯、又称F46)、FPA(氧化烷氧基乙烯树脂)及ETFE(又称F40)等氟塑料生产。

二、技术特点

螺杆机筒：均采用新3号钢GH¨3(同美国GDA材质)耐腐蚀耐高温。

机头：采用新3号金钢GH¨3材质的专用免调机头或可调机头。加热系统：采用耐高温的铜合金加热器。品质控制：配备外径检测反鲭装置，全程控制产品的外径，同心度等工艺参数。

电控：进口变频器+PLC触摸屏控制。
