 江苏春晨电缆有限公司生产江苏春晨扁电缆YCB3*71+2*18，500kV托瓶架与220kV托瓶架的结构是一样的，仅长度与尺寸有所不同。托瓶架外形如上图所示。此托瓶架适用于直线绝缘子串更换，在端头系滑车，当绝缘子串脱离后，可由横担上人员将其拉至横担侧进行更换。作业人员劳动强度不是很大。但如在耐张绝缘子串更换时，靠人力窜动较困难，并且运输江苏春晨扁电缆YCB3*71+2*18、保管等亦十分不便。后又研制出双层双段托瓶架，较好地解决了原托瓶架用在500kV耐张设备上所存在的缺陷，其特点如下：

托瓶板（插板）是专门为更换直线单片绝缘子而设计的。如下图所示，它具有结构简单，制作方便等特点，使用单位均可自行制作。托瓶板一端的两只U形环和另一端叉板有半圆形的缺口，均为系绝缘吊绳而设计的，以托住需要更换的下部绝缘子。
