一、 本公司提供的售后服务方式

1. 包换服务：包换期内的产品，若出现确因厂方原因造成的质量问题，用户可以到经销商处免费换新(外观损坏，作保修处理)。

变压器/油机供电系统——设备配备及运行方式
低压配电部分由用户自行配备,一般情况下凡是用UPS的用户,都配备柴油发电机组,一旦市电中断,就由自备的柴油发动机发电来向UPS供电,防止UPS蓄电池组长时间放电而电量不足,造成UPS所带负载供电中断。
为了节省资源以及根据机房的实际情况在油机配备上有多种形式,下面简单介绍一种形式:
以多台变压器/油机可以互备的低压供电系统为例,如图2所示。

(1)变压器/油机供电的负荷分配
①T3变压器与3#油机互为备用,靠开关S6自动转换来完成,给UPS供电;
②T1变压器与1#油机互为备用,靠开关S4自动转换来完成,给机房空调供电;
③T4变压器处于空载状态,为T3变压器和T4变压器做备用。
(2)设备故障或检修时的操作程序
①当T3变压器或者T1变压器故障或检修时,可以转换为T4变压器供电,人工通过S3转换开关或者S1转换开关来完成;
②如果市电已经停电，运行中的3#油机故障停机，可以人工通过S7转换开关将3#油机负荷转由1#油机供电(如果1#油机容量不够，转换之前可以减少部分非重要负载，避免油机过负荷而停机);
③如果市电已经停电,运行中的1#油机故障停机,可以人工通过S5转换开关将1#油机负荷转由3#油机供电(如果3#油机容量不够,转换之前可以减少部分非重要负载,避免油机过载而停机)。
3 UPS供电方式的选择
UPS供电方式一般分为:单机供电方式;主从热备份/冷备份供电方式;主从(串联)冗余供电方式;并联冗余供电方式等。
以上方案都比较成熟,可以根据机房的实际情况进行选择。
但是,为了便于维护和应急供电好外加一个维修旁路。
4 UPS用蓄电池组的维护
密封免维护蓄电池是相对于开放式加电解液蓄电池而言。实践经验表明，免维护蓄电池并不等于无需管理，由于免维护蓄电池名称的误导，忽视了蓄电池必要的管理与维护，而引发UPS输出负载的中断，将会带来不可估量的经济损失和政治影响。
实践证明,随着UPS技术的不断发展,UPS本身的故障率在下降,而由蓄电池所引发的故障率占60%以上。显而易见,正确地使用和维护好蓄电池是降低UPS总故障率的关键因素之一。
蓄电池组的维护工作要定期进行,及时发现和处理“落后”蓄电池,使蓄电池组保持应有的电能,停电时才能保证UPS的不间断供电。蓄电池的维护项目如下:
4.1 投入使用前要做的项目
(1)安装前测量电压和内阻;
(2)密封免维护铅酸蓄电池在初次使用前不需要进行初充电但是应进行补充充电,好充满24h;
(3)带交流假负载做一次容量实验;
(4)放电期间测量电池过桥压降和线路压降。
4. UPS 用蓄电池的日常维护
(1)日巡视
①每日记录蓄电池组的浮充电压和后备时间;
②巡视电池室情况;
③每次放电后认真巡视蓄电池的外观。
