奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。
(1) Confirm that the use conditions meet the specification re of the manufacturer.
(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。
(3) UPS battery is used for floating charge. If the battery is fre used (similar to recycling), it will seriously affect the trickle life of the battery.
(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

(5) 如发现电槽变形及漏液等现象,请不要使用,应以更换

银行网点分支机构分布较广,遍布在居民区、工业区和城乡结合处,电网环境十分复杂。供电稳定性差,不仅是断电、电压跌落、过压等易察觉的问题,还有浪涌、频率偏移、谐波影响、雷击等问题频繁发生,轻则给网络数字传输造成误码、影响数据传输速率,重则导致网络设备、服务器、终端设备的损坏,给用户数据造成缺失,引发不可估量的损失。同时频繁的宕机也会对客户办理业务造成不便,不利企业形象提升。提升整个银行网点的供电质量变得尤为重要,只有UPS提供的高可靠、高精度的纯正弦交流电才能支撑各银行网点业务平台的正常运行。
1 供电方案选择
根据《民用建筑电气设计规范》(JGJ/T16-2008)规定银行网点主要业务用计算机系统电源为一级负载,所以必须采用UPS供电,同时配置柴油发电机。UPS一般选用集中供电模式,即配置一台足额的UPS,集中对重要设备进行供电,UPS供电对象包括服务器、各营业窗口(终端、票据打印机)、网络设备、安防系统(闭路监控、出入口控制系统)、报警系统、流水打印机、ATM取款机,如图1所示。其中每个营业窗口配置一路市电直供电源,供点钞机及其它非计算机系统的设备使用。同时再配置一路UPS供电回路,供终端电脑、票据打印机使用。

2 UPS容量选择
根据UPS的负载功率特性,一般UPS容量是按视在功率(单位:kVA)计算,实际按输出有功功率(单位:kW)计算,两者之间的关系是:输出有功功率(kW)=视在功率(kVA)×负载功率因数,一般负载功率因数为0.7或0.8。因为上述所有负载工作时,均不是呈纯阻性,必须同时满足有功功率和无功功率两个需求才能正常工作,而不是单一满足有功功率即可。所以UPS必须同时提供有功功率和无功功率,因此UPS容量=负载总功率(kW)÷负载功率因数。考虑随着网点业务的扩展需求,UPS容量应考虑一定的裕量,以响应未来的需求,一般UPS选型容量推荐按实际需求容量的1.25倍进行选择。综上所述,UPS选型容量=1.25×(负载有功功率÷负载功率因数)。以一家5个窗口的小型网点为例,其负载大致如表1所示。

选用负载功率因数为0.7的UPS,UPS容量=1.25×(4850W÷0.7)=8660VA,选择9kVA以上的UPS为宜。
3 UPS选型
由于银行网点一般地处居民区、城乡结合处或工业区,采用租用普通店面经营。不具备双路交流电源供电,甚至没有三相电供应,只能采用单一回路的220V AC供电,但是一般配备有柴油发电机,采用手动切换。结合供电环境特点,考虑UPS必须具备如下特性:
(1)采用单进单出,双变换在线式工作模式,在线式UPS具有输出电压精度高、市电与电池供电零切换时间等优点,符合网点设备对电源的要求。
(2)输入电压范围宽。UPS的输入电压范围越宽,不仅能更适用于电压波动的区域,还可以减少电池的放电次数,延长电池寿命。
