Description
The HX1364C-AGN is a synchronous step down
regulator from a high voltage input supply. Oper
ating with a wide input voltage range, the
HX1364C-AGN achieves 2.5A continuous output
current with excellent load and line regulation.
The switching frequency is fixed 130 kHz and the
synchronous architecture provides for highly effi
cient designs. Current mode operation provides
fast transient response and eases loop stabiliza
tion.
The HX1364C-AGN requires a minimum number
of readily available standard external compo
nents. Other features include cable compensa
tion, programmable current limit and thermal
shutdown.
The HX1364C-AGN converters are available in
the industry standard SOP-8L packages.
