1、蓄电池的联接

● 容量不同、性能不同、生产厂家不同的蓄电池不可连接在一起使用。

该站UPS的输入谐波特性不佳，当雷达站发电机代替市电供电后，UPS经常提示 “逆变器内部故障”告警，并自动转直流逆变输出，发电机无法向UPS正常供电。而采用常备功率为25kVA或更大功率的发电机来匹配该UPS时，则可正常匹配。该站电源子系统综合造价较高，运行效率仍旧较低，没有解决高能耗问题。
2.案例2
有的雷达站为了追求可靠性，采用了图2所示的冗余UPS电源子系统。但由于对UPS及发电机的节能选型缺乏考虑，简单地采用了高能耗电源产品，所设计的冗余UPS电源子系统，不仅增加了配套发电机及UPS的一次性采购成本，而且由于冗余并机后的能耗增加，长期运行成本更高。

三.高耗能雷达站电源子系统的成因分析
多年来，高耗能电源子系统在不少雷达站的得到应用，其原因是是多方面的：
1.产品原因——早期缺乏节能型UPS
早期，市场上小功率（5kVA或以下）单相输出和大功率（10kVA或以上）三相输出的UPS较多，小功率三相输出的UPS教少；侧重接入IT开关电源负载的UPS较多，能带混合负载的UPS较少。且早期UPS在设计上大多侧重系统可靠性，节能特性并不突出或者不是主要卖点。由于这些市场的原因，可供VTS雷达站配套的节能型UPS极少，用户不可避免选择了高耗能UPS产品。
2.专业知识——对负载特点缺乏科学、深入研究
一些VTS工程师对雷达站负载及电源子系统的节能设计缺乏深入了解和研究，习惯照搬传统经验或听信厂家销售人员的推荐。比如，采用5倍于负载的稳态功耗作为的UPS的额定输出功率——雷达站负载稳态功耗2kVA，就配置10kVA的UPS。至于UPS匹配的发电机，不是在深入了解UPS及发电机特性的基础上进行选型，而是根据厂家的所谓经验公式，简单采用2~5倍于UPS额定功率的大功率发电机组。
有的工程师能简单地了解到，UPS加入雷达马达负载后，负载的开机瞬间启动冲击电流可能数倍于负载的稳态电流，但具体启动瞬态电流和常态电流之比到底多大，启动过程持续时间到底多长等关键技术细节缺乏科学测量及分析，因而对如何选择节能型UPS或发电机无从下手。不得已只能照搬传统经验或听信厂家的推荐，容易落入电源供货商的“行业陷阱”。
3.行业陷阱——利润率与功率成正比
通常，电源产品（如UPS、发电机等）的利润率是与产品的额定输出功率成正比的。销售人员往往尽其所能去推销大功率、高利润机器，向用户提供或推荐的电源子系统设计方案均力求按利润大化来考虑。如配置就高不就低；能用大功率不用小功率；电池能上长延时不上短延时。有的供货商甚至将上述经验形成技术文档，使电源子系统各设备间的匹配简单化、教条化（比如将UPS的额定输出功率按3～5倍于负载稳态功耗配置；发电机额定输出功率2~5倍于UPS额定输出功率配置），向买家施加“技术影响”。
至于长期的运行成本，并不是商家关注的重点。产品提供商只负责产品质量的有限售后，产品的能源消耗则交由用户买单。只要产品足够可靠，VTS工程师通常也不介意接受销售人员推销的高能电源耗产品。
4.管理原因——运行成本无需考核。
现行管理制度考核雷达站的可用率，即可靠性，没有对系统或设备的运行成本进行考核，没有设定具体的鼓励节能、创新的管理举措。作为设备的运行或管理单位，习惯于确保维护经费到位，对电源子系统的节能建设积极性不大。
总之，传统雷达站电源子系统在节能性上的缺失，存在认识、管理及技术上的多方面原因。本文重点在技术上加以论述及尝试提供解决办法。
