1、蓄电池的联接
1. Battery connection
● 容量不同、性能不同、生产厂家不同的蓄电池不可连接在一起使用。

可见，雷达站负载是个稳态功耗较低，而瞬态功耗较高（约达到稳态的 7 倍），启动时间较长（长达2s）的动力负载。
（2）开关电源设备
开关电源设备属于弱感性负载，额定功耗较低（实测表明，微波收发机大稳态功耗为273VA，仅为雷达马达的814VA的1/3）。而且现代开关电源设备，普遍采用“软启动”电路，防止浪涌电流的形成，保证开机全过程无瞬态冲击电流。如图5为某台式PC开关电源的实测启动电流波形： 图5：某台式PC开关电源的实测启动电流波形
雷达站负载加电时，通常采用“间隔”启动的方法启动负载，比如间隔数表启动：雷达马达 雷达收发机 其他开关电源设备。启动过程不会同时对UPS造成瞬态启动的叠加冲击。在雷达马达经启动进入正常运行状态后，UPS通常仍具备足够大的瞬态过载能力来应对后续设备的逐一启动。因此雷达站开关电源设备对UPS的瞬态要求也远低于雷达马达，可不做重点考虑。
（3）机房辅助设备-空调
空调备的感性压缩机存在较大的启动瞬态功耗， 对电源的冲击较大，不提倡将空调接入UPS。但作为雷达站辅助设备，如空调以及照明、消防设备等小功率辅助设备可以与UPS并联接入发电机。
图5为实测某1P（制冷额定输入功率为1259W）单相定频空调的启动电流截图。图中空调的瞬态峰值电流44A/ 300ms（有效功率7.2kVA/300ms），稳态峰值7.4A（有效功率1.1kVA）。可见初始时间点上，空调的瞬态启动冲击电流接近4倍于1P雷达马达。若将其接入UPS，UPS将承受更大级别的浪涌冲击，若要保证UPS正常工作，UPS的过载能力及额定输出功率指标就要显著提高，这即不利于UPS的节能选型也不利于电源子系统的可靠运行。另外，在市电和油机电的短暂切换停电过程中，空调是允许短暂停机的。因此，UPS的负载应限制在包含雷达马达在内2kVA混合负载；发电机负载的重点考虑对象是UPS和空调（如需接入）

3.节能UPS选型
（1）UPS额定输出功率的选择，应以提高负载率或效率，增强经济性为目的。
传统的UPS选型方法是：预留足够大的额定输出功率来应对负载的瞬态启动。如采用10kVA的UPS来启动包括雷达马达在内的2kVA稳态负载。这种“大马拉小车”的配置侧重了可靠性，却造成UPS长期工作在低负载率、低效率、高耗能状态下运行，比如案例1。
UPS配置功率不应过多预留的理由是：UPS的效率与带载率（UPS实际输出功率与额定输出功率的比值）成正比，如80%带载率的UPS比10%带载率的UPS效率高。因此， UPS的额定输出功率应尽可能接近实际负载功耗，功率配置上“够用”即可。如，对于2kVA的稳态负载，应将负载率控制在40%～80%之间，UPS额定输出功率可选择5kVA或更低。一方面效率较高；另一方面设备成本相对较低，系统经济性好。
再者，通常VTS雷达站属专业系统站。系统建成后电源子系统基本无需扩容。因此UPS的功率储备不应配置过大。对于计划日后对UPS功率扩容的站点，建议在UPS选型时，优先采用模块化UPS。比如先期采用5kVA单模块UPS应对2kVA雷达站负载；后期根据扩容需求，适当增加功率模块即可。
但是，配置较低的UPS额定输出功率有利于提高负载率，但却不利于保证UPS提供足够大的瞬态过载能力以实现动力负载的启动。因为UPS过载能力的大小直接受制于功率器件模块。额定输出功率较高的UPS，功率器件模块容量也较大，其瞬态过载能力也较强。所以，除了“就低”配置UPS的额定输出功率之外，还需考虑UPS的瞬态过载能力是否能满足负载的瞬态启动要求。
