BonDERITE L-GP BN 4479 FA ACHESON is a colloidal dispersion of crystalline boron nitride in a solvent based media. BonDERITE L-GP BN 4479 FA ACHESON is

sprayed on the surfaces to treat and forms an anti-adherent coating being an anti-diffusion barrier for the titanium alloys.

Application：

The high thermal resistance of boron nitride (up to 1,000 °C in air and 2,000 °C in inert atmosphere) makes BonDERITE L-GP BN 4479 FA ACHESON perfectly adapted to all metal

forming operations at high temperatures especially for the super plastic forming of titanium:

● Tool coating or pretreatment of the billets to provide a

good lubrication.

● Coating of the titanium sheets to develop an anti-diffusion barrier (SPF-DB technology).
