Everlox 98是风干的。 基于二硫化钼的固态膜润滑剂，采用混合无机粘合剂体系。Everlox 98 is an air-drying; molybdenum disulfide based solid film lubricant that utilizes a hybrid inorganic binder system. This coating provides a low coefficient of friction and is thermally stable at temperatures from -400F up to 750F. Everlox 98 is specially formulated for extreme environments such as: vacuum, radiation, and LOX compatibility. The product has been tested under MSFC-106A for LOX compatibility, and is approved for use to Boeing D6-3488 and BAC 5811 Type X. The binder in this coating is very moisture sensitive and caution should be taken to insure no water is introduced into the coating during processing.
